WATCHES AND WARNINGS
The Government of the Bahamas has issued a Hurricane Warning forthe Northwestern Bahamas including the Abacos, Berry Islands,
Eleuthera, Grand Bahama Island, and New Providence, but excluding
Andros Island and Bimini.
The Government of the Bahamas has issued a Tropical Storm Warning
for the Southeastern Bahamas, including the Acklins, Crooked Island,
Long Cay, the Inaguas, Mayaguana, and the Ragged Islands, but
excluding the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Rum Cay, and San Salvador

A Hurricane Warning means that hurricane conditions are expected
somewhere within the warning area. Preparations to protect life and
property should be rushed to completion.
The track has been moved more West from the earlier estimates so interests along the East Coast from the Carolina's to the Mid Atlantic States are cautioned to monitor this storm closely as some watches may be needed as early as tomorrow.
